We at Lettera Living are first and foremost true Catanese and we deeply love our native city, its historical and cultural heritage and the undeniable charm it can convey to tourists. And it is precisely because of our innate sense of hospitality and our desire to help you discover Catania in all its beauty and in an authentic way that we have decided to ‘host people‘.
Our flats are characterised by their large size, totally independent and are all located in the heart of Catania’s historical centre.

The Penthouse is a bright and quiet newly renovated penthouse comprising three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, as well as a large room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Ideal for large families or groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. The terrace, equipped for basking in the Sicilian sun or enjoying an aperitif with a view of Catania, is the highlight of this spacious flat.
100 sqm flat, smart TV, self check-in and easy parking.
Original, perfectly restored Art Nouveau furniture and elegantly decorated 5-metre high ceilings characterise this flat. There are two very spacious bedrooms; a bathroom with shower cubicle and a fully equipped kitchen complete the flat, which is suitable for four adults and two children.

Similar to the Crociferi flat, also in terms of furnishings, with high ceilings and large rooms, it will allow you to experience the rooms like the Catanese nobility of yesteryear.
