What is the difference between the flats?
The main difference between the flats is in their size, which varies from 80 to 210 square metres: although different in number, they are all able to accommodate groups. Each flat also has its own special characteristics. By way of example: - Penthouse is characterised by the large terrace available to guests; - Crociferi and Bellini for their 5-metre high decorated ceilings; - Dusmet for its two-storey layout and thus the possibility of accommodating two couples; - Manzoni for the location, it is in fact located just 50 metres from Via Etnea.
What are the services and facilities in the flats?
In each of the flats you will find: - Linen set for each person (bed and bath) - Bathroom consumables - Fully equipped kitchen with oven and everything you need - Shampoo e gel doccia - Wi-fi - TV - Coffee machine for use with capsules; - Iron and ironing board - Cleaning products - Washing machine - Hairdryer
Where are your flats located?
All flats are located in the centre of Catania, a few hundred metres from each other. The Crociferi, Bellini and Dusmet flats are located at 7 Via della Lettera. The Manzoni flat is instead in the street of the same name at number 18. Finally, the Penthouse flat is in Via Santa Maria del Rosario, 23.
What time is check in and check out?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. If on the day of departure you want to take a last tour of the city centre, we will send you the contact of various near luggage doposit.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Some of our apartments are private apartments. For this reason payments have to be provided in cash or with bank transfer.
What are the terms of cancellation?
Cancellation periods vary throughout the year depending on the tariff and offer. Please check them carefully when booking.
Do you have an Internet connection?
Of course, Wi-Fi is available and free of charge in every flat.
Do you accept animals?
Yes, and they are welcome!
Do you have parking facilities?
No, but there are parking spaces along the road, both free and paid. There are also several paid garages in the area.
Is it possible to cook in the flats?
Of course, all our flats have fully equipped kitchens.
